Acceptable Use Policy

Effective date: April 1, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all users of the Servegalo platform ("Service"). Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund. This AUP is incorporated into and governed by our Terms of Service.

1. Lawful Use Only

You must use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
  • Engage in fraud, deception, or misrepresentation.
  • Collect or process personal data without required legal bases or consents.
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.

2. SMS and Communications

The SMS and automated messaging features of the Service must be used responsibly:

  • You must obtain valid prior consent from all recipients before sending marketing or promotional SMS messages.
  • You must honour STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, and equivalent opt-out requests immediately.
  • You must not send unsolicited commercial messages (spam).
  • You must not send messages containing illegal content, threats, harassment, or hate speech.
  • You must not use the platform to send bulk unsolicited SMS or engage in SMS pumping/toll fraud.
  • Message content must clearly identify your business as the sender.

3. AI Features

When using the AI receptionist and related features:

  • You must not use the AI to generate or distribute misleading, harmful, or deceptive content.
  • You must not attempt to circumvent, manipulate, or "jailbreak" the AI model.
  • You must not use the AI to collect sensitive personal data beyond what is necessary to provide your services.
  • AI-generated responses remain your responsibility — you must review and correct any AI errors that could mislead clients.

4. Platform Integrity

You must not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or other users' accounts.
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without written permission.
  • Introduce malware, viruses, or other malicious code.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Service in a way that degrades performance for others.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform.
  • Exceed reasonable API rate limits or attempt denial-of-service attacks.

5. Prohibited Business Types

The Service may not be used by businesses operating in the following sectors:

  • Adult entertainment or escort services.
  • Sale of firearms, ammunition, or explosives.
  • Cannabis or controlled substances (except where fully legalised and compliant with all applicable regulations).
  • Pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing, or investment fraud.
  • Businesses operating on sanctions lists or involving sanctioned jurisdictions.

6. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of activity that violates this AUP, please report it to trust@servegalo.com. We investigate all credible reports.

7. Consequences of Violations

We may, at our discretion and without prior notice:

  • Suspend or terminate your account.
  • Remove content or disable specific features.
  • Report violations to law enforcement or regulatory bodies.
  • Pursue legal remedies.
