Why we built it
Most booking platforms are spreadsheets with a calendar bolted on. They handle the easy part — putting an appointment on a grid — and leave the hard parts to you: chasing missed calls, rebooking no-shows, asking for reviews, following up with leads who didn't convert.
We thought that work should be done by software. So we built Servegalo around a single idea: every interaction with a prospective customer — a booking, a text, a missed call, a no-show — should trigger the right follow-up automatically, with an AI assistant filling the gaps that staff don't have time to.
Today, Servegalo runs booking, customer communication, CRM, payments, and revenue automation for service businesses across salons, spas, fitness, barbers, mobile services, and more.
