Yes. The CRM is part of every Servegalo plan — there's no separate add-on. Higher plans add segmentation and custom automations on top of the base CRM.

Can I import clients from my existing system?

Yes. Servegalo imports CSV exports from Mindbody, Vagaro, Square, Acuity, Booksy, and most other booking platforms. The migration tool maps fields automatically and flags conflicts before import.

Does the CRM track payments?

Yes. Every Stripe transaction is attached to the client record, including deposits, no-show fees, and refunds.

Can staff see CRM data on mobile?

Yes. The staff portal works on any phone browser — schedule, client info, notes, and "on my way" SMS are all available on mobile.
